Desirée Collins is the founder of Frank Holder Management, she is trading under her Maiden Name of Holder. Desirée set up this Agency in memory of her late Father, Frank Holder. It was a wonderful childhood, growing up in show business, spending time watching her Father, and later on joining him at gigs, as well as having her own stage and television experiences.
Desirée has a good eye for talent having trained in all areas of dance, as well as music, piano and flute. Desirée gained experience with a previous agency and now has over eight years experience in Agency work. Desirée is very warm and caring , she is a people person that immediately makes people feel at ease.

It started as being therapeutic after losing my dear Father, but now I am determined for the agency to have a different kind of success. Mariah was born to perform, she started at a very early age and was naturally gifted. Mariah has spent most of her life training and performing. Her forté in dance was acrobatics being naturally flexible and she was awarded the BTDA Acrobatic Champion for four years. Mariah trained and qualified in Performing Arts and has experience in modelling, acting and dance for film, television, commercials, magazines and holiday resorts. Now currently teaching performing arts as well as using her knowledge and expertise to help others fulfil their dreams and aspirations. Mariah is back! Having taken a break on maternity leave and starting to build her talent.

A Cheery Cheeky Scottish Lad with a love of Performance, As a Bachelors Degree graduate of The MGA Academy of Performing Arts, Ali has honed in on his knowledge of Musical Theatre & the Arts, and uses his wealth of experience in this current day of the industry in helping other performers chase there dreams.
Ali has a wealth of experience within the industry, which he shares with his artistes to support and help them follow their own dreams and aspirations. Ali-John with be assisting FHM Agents in their search for new emerging talent.

Jay is a professional musical theatre performer with extensive experience across TV, film, theatre, and cruise ship productions. Throughout the start of his career, he has always been passionate about supporting and encouraging others within the industry.
Alongside his performing career, Jay has maintained a strong desire to help emerging talent develop their skills, build confidence, and pursue their ambitions. Jay will be assisting the FHM Agents and bringing fresh ideas to the agency.

Errol has over 26 years of experience in Accounts. He is a valuable member of our team and deals with Contracts, Commission Agreements, Invoicing and Payments.
