Desirée Collins is the founder of Frank Holder Management, she is trading under her Maiden Name of Holder. Desirée set up this Agency in memory of her late Father, Frank Holder. It was a wonderful childhood, growing up in show business, spending time watching her Father, and later on joining him at gigs, as well as having her own stage and television experiences.
Desirée has a good eye for talent having trained in all areas of dance, as well as music, piano and flute. Desirée gained experience with a previous agency and now has over eight years experience in Agency work. Desirée is very warm and caring , she is a people person that immediately makes people feel at ease.

It started as being therapeutic after losing my dear Father, but now I am determined for the agency to have a different kind of success. Mariah was born to perform, she started at a very early age and was naturally gifted. Mariah has spent most of her life training and performing. Her forté in dance was acrobatics being naturally flexible and she was awarded the BTDA Acrobatic Champion for four years. Mariah trained and qualified in Performing Arts and has experience in modelling, acting and dance for film, television, commercials, magazines and holiday resorts. Now currently teaching performing arts as well as using her knowledge and expertise to help others fulfil their dreams and aspirations. Mariah is back! Having taken a break on maternity leave and starting to build her talent.

Aurélia is no stranger to both stage and screen having started performing at a very early age, she has over 18 years of experience. The Range, Optical Express, Go Henry, EE, Children’s Society, Tesco, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory Immersive, Snow White & Seven Dwarfs Panto, Next, Little Bird By Jools, Pineapple x Primark Promo, Pineapple Dance-wear, Short Film We Walk Alone, Short Film No Way Out. Aurélia has taken a step back from the performing arts industry since starting university, however she has found that her experience of being in front of the camera has now helped her to become a very popular social media content creator for pop culture. Aurélia feels that she will be able to relate to many young performers who have a passion for the performing arts and would like to support any young performers that need an extra boost and just a listening ear. Aurélia recognises how tough the industry can be at times and how important support is. Aurélia says: “I am incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to join FHM as an Agent Assistant for Young Performers and to be able to work with the amazing Katie Lou. I have had first hand experience of being supported by this incredible team and now being able to use my experience and knowledge to support young performers in following their dreams, feels incredibly special. It is also an absolute honour to be continuing the remarkable work of FHM under my great granddads name. This makes this opportunity even more sentimental to me. I know how much trust performers place in their management and I can’t wait to use my own experience to support our young performers. A Cheery Cheeky Scottish Lad with a love of Performance, As a Bachelors Degree graduate of The MGA Academy of Performing Arts, Ali has honed in on his knowledge of Musical Theatre & the Arts, and uses his wealth of experience in this current day of the industry in helping other performers chase there dreams.
Ali has a wealth of experience within the industry, which he shares with his artistes to support and help them follow their own dreams and aspirations. Ali-John with be assisting FHM Agents in their search for new emerging talent.

Jay is a professional musical theatre performer with extensive experience across TV, film, theatre, and cruise ship productions. Throughout the start of his career, he has always been passionate about supporting and encouraging others within the industry.
Alongside his performing career, Jay has maintained a strong desire to help emerging talent develop their skills, build confidence, and pursue their ambitions. Jay will be assisting the FHM Agents and bringing fresh ideas to the agency.

Young Performers
Katie brings together more than 25 years of experience developing young performers with an extensive professional career spanning television, film, theatre, dance and choreography.
Her own career has seen her work across the West End, Major television and film productions and some of the UK’s most prestigious live events. Her credits include EastEnders, Holby City, Silent Witness, Heartstopper, Spectre and The Hippopotamus, alongside West End productions and UK tours including The Wizard of Oz, Mack and Mabel and Shadowlands. As a dancer and choreographer, Katie’s career has taken her around the world and included the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony, Disneyland Paris, The Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Stadium, The British Grand Prix and International tours across Japan, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong.
However, it is Katie’s work with children and young people that has remained at the heart of her career.
For over 25 years, Katie has successfully run her own performing arts schools, working with thousands of young people and developing not only their performance skills, but their confidence, individuality and belief in what they can achieve. Her experience has given her an instinctive understanding of young performers — recognising potential, understanding when a child is ready for the next step and, importantly, knowing how to nurture talent without losing sight of the child behind it.
Having spent her career creating opportunities for young people and preparing them for professional environments, becoming part of Frank Holder Management feels like a natural progression. Katie is passionate about using both her industry knowledge and decades of experience with children to discover exciting young talent, champion their individuality and help guide them through an industry she knows first-hand.
Katie says:
“For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching children walk through my studio doors and grow in confidence, ability and self-belief. There is nothing more rewarding than recognising that little spark in a young person and helping them realise just how much they are capable of.
Joining Frank Holder Management gives me the opportunity to take that passion even further. What immediately stood out to me about FHM was that behind the professionalism and incredible industry knowledge is a team that genuinely cares about the people they represent. For me, particularly when representing children, that is everything.
